Your purchase and use of software, services, and solutions through NTT DATA Cloud Services, including Cloud Marketplace, is governed by and subject to the following terms and conditions: 1) the NTT DATA Services Cloud Solutions Agreement; 2) the applicable Service Description unique to each NTT DATA Cloud Service partner; and 3) an Order Form for your services completed at the time of purchase. All documents are available in hardcopy upon request from your NTT DATA sales representative.
