NTT DATA Recognized as a Leader in Insights-Driven Business Process Outsourcing

TOKYO – February 2, 2021 – NTT DATA, a leading IT services provider, has been positioned as a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Insights-Driven Business Process Outsourcing, Q4 2020. The report evaluated 13 insights-driven business process outsourcing (BPO) providers on 21 criteria across three categories: strategy, market presence, and current offering. It shows how each provider measures up and helps application development and delivery (AD&D) professionals select the right provider for their needs.
